ELDOA

ELDOA postural exercises are for everyone! The primary goal of these LOADS is to create space within a joint through specific, self-generated normalizing movements. ELDOA exercises improve joint mobility and stability, nerve and blood flow, spinal disc rehydration, pain and body awareness.

JOGA

JOGA is an exercise movement system made up of the benefits of yoga combined with the biomechanics of sport, created specifically for an athletes body and an athletes mindset. It is the only type of 'yoga' an athlete should be doing, and a dominating force int he fitness industry.
