Our Story

For over 30 years we have provided treatment to both the general public and professional athletes from many professional leagues, including the NHL, NFL, NBA, NLL, WTA, Olympics, Cirque du Soleil, MiLB, Rugby Canada, AHL, OHL, CIS, NCAA. We have also worked with high performers in art, technology and business. What we have learned from working with elite people is that it's not about what you do but rather-having a winning mindset is the key to a successful life.

At Precision Performance Therapy, we are always searching for best practices and have learned from leaders in health across Europe, the United States and Canada. We take pride in lifelong learning and education, including instructing Medical Acupuncture, Anatomy, Neurology and Pathophysiology.

It is our hope that we can bring to you all that we have learned along the way to enrich the quality of your life!
