Hello and welcome! We are excited to announce the launch of our wellness newsletter. We promise not to overwhelm your inbox. Our goal is to share our knowledge to help you in your health journey. You will find tips on treatments, exercise and nutrition as well as any important announcements. First up- we have a new website! Let us know what you think!

Supplements now available
The second big announcement we have is that we now offer supplements delivered to your door! Even better-we are offering a 10% discount.
No matter how perfect your diet is, we all need a little extra help to reach our health goals-especially when life gets busy. Unfortunately, not all brands are created equally. That's why we only recommend the highest quality products.
In future newsletters we will highlight individual supplements and their uses. For now, we have a list of favourites on our site. As well, you can browse the catalog to find just what you need.
Follow this link; create your account; the discount will be automatically applied-it's really that easy!

Individuals are not the average of all Individuals
As you already know- at Precision Performance Therapy- we treat your unique problem. Our goal is to help you become the best version of yourself. Often people accept less for themselves because they have been told that a lot of people their age or who play their sport have similar problems- it is to be expected. WE SAY NO WAY! With proper treatment and training, many past injuries can be improved. You do not have to suffer and your function and performance can be significantly improved. Why wouldn't you want to be your best everyday? We are here to help you achieve your goals.
Foundational Exercise Tips
In order to live a healthy, pain free life, daily movement is key. Keeping your body flexible and strong allows you to do the things you want to do with ease. But what do you do if you've been sitting too much or your back hurts? Let's start with strengthening your core abdominals. 'Dead Bugs' (no we didn't make up the name!) are one of the foundational functional exercises that can and should be done by everyone! Strengthening your core properly (no more sit-ups or crunches please-aka disc herniating exercises) supports your back and also improves digestion, breathing and posture. Please be aware that Cochrane Street will be closed between Rossland Road and Bonacord Avenue from April 25th- December 2023. Please use McQuay Blvd. west of Cochrane if you are coming from north of the clinic.
